so me and this girl were messing around. im 28 shes 20. she knew i was in another relationship but she didnt care. story short it ended in august, not on bad terms, but ended none the less. since then she always tries to make me jealous, you know, bringing up other guys shes talking to and shit, and admittedly it did get to me a little bit, but i NEVER EVER showed it. in the last few weeks we flirt alot at school, shes always punching and tickling and pinching me, so i tickle her back. you know, little kid flirting....... so this week shes been "helping" me through a break up, (its not really a big deal but shes acting like she cares, so i let her), texting me at night checking if im ok and asking how im doing. we didnt talk last night, and i went out, and long story short, i woke up with a little hicky. i didnt try to show it off but i dont really hide it either, i dont care about it. she sits next to me in class and i know she saw it. so i havent heard from her and i think shes bent about it. i dont really care but im wondering if anybody else has had an "ex whatever" who "friend-zoned" you, but doesnt want anyone else to have you. your thoughts.

It sounds like she's interested in you. I don't see where she friend-zoned you because she's giving all the classic signs of interest. She's trying to make you jealous, trying to comfort you over a breakup, etc.
