For the last 2 years my confidence and self esteem has declined rapidly - accelerated since moving to college, I hate the way I look - ginger, acne, not handsome - and get depressed about it everyday. I have always just been friendzoned by girls and after years of trying with many girls I have given up, I always feel lonely and that no one cares... How can I move forward with my self esteem and also do better with girls?

confidence is personal stuff, take care of your skin etc, not that hard to do. wash your face daily with soap to get rid of germs etc. color your hair to any color you like, etc wear clothes you like.

Put posters of hot girls in your room and on your phone to keep you motivated. You gotta go 100% into this. Hit the gym, eat right, read good PUA material. You have to be INTENSE!
Nobody is going to give you anything in life.
