So it looks like I am completely in the friendzone. She gives me all the right signals and it is obvious from her body language and how she responds that she wants me physically but its not working I'm not moving out of the friendzone. So I decided that I will stay in the friendzone because she actually does need a friend. She calls every night now and I only answer every other day but I'm going to take a few days to get my head together before I talk to her again. Luckily she is not in my social circle or work group so I won't see her until I want to. Now my question is; is there a way to get over a girl while remaining in the friendzone? I mean other than sleeping around, I will be doing that as well but that usually doesn't help me get over girls even when I break all contact with them.

Do something else... Like a hobby or whatever keeps your mind busy

So we went to the gym together and afterward in the car we got a little handsy and I kissed her neck but then when I went to kiss her she said "I can't you I can't" And we just went back to talking and I acted like nothing happened and I didn't care.
Her whole explanation for not getting into a relationship is that the last person she was with that she actually loved she ended up going cold on and ruining the relationship and she doesn't wanna do that to me. Of course I take this as bullshit but we were friends long before we did anything physical so I don't want to actually just leave the friendship. It might be true because she has told this to me before we did anything but I find it a good practice to believe everything women say is bull shit or covering for the real issue.
