Ok I've learned that if you text a girl 1. text with a purpose 2. text to meet up or build rapport (don't text for the sake of texting).
My question is what do you do when she texts you? text with no purpose? cause i may be busy at the moment and not be able to meet up with her. and i don't really understand the whole rapport thing or have it down. and another thing, how long do you before it gets bad, to talk to her again when she has major IOI for you?

that's unless you need to build some rapport of course. which includes teasing and flirting with her.
