Yesterday I was at one of my friends having some drinks and playing some games. There were two girls of which one of them is probably interested in me. She's been showing me a lot of IOI's over the past 2 weeks but this night she was not showing anything at all. Until the end of the evening (around 00.30), when everyone decided we should move the party to the pub. I didn't want to join because I was sober and after all I don't have much money to spend at the moment. She was kind of offended when I told that I wasn't coming along. She kept on asking ''Why not?'', and with every answer I gave (for example "I don't have much money to spend") she answered with things like "Then I'll buy you a drink or two". But I kept on saying no until they left and I went home. Just before they left she sounded kind of upset while saying "So you're REALLY not coming? Fine."

My question, is she into me or not?

She's definitely into you... what you should have done is go to the bar with them but use a false time constraint "I can only stay until 2, I have to be up early tomorrow". This way, you could have gamed her at the bar, escalated and maybe even left with her for your place (or hers). One more thing, don't say "I don't have money" it's a big turn-off for women... as well don't say "I'm tired" or sick or whatever would be seen as a DLV...

You should have gone with. Just because you're going to a bar... Doesn't mean you have to spend money. Drink water and just throw the bartender a dollar or two.

she's interested... and yeah... don't tell her you don't have money.
