Was curious about interrogation techniques, wich led me to learn a bit about psychology. More specifically, stuff like "how to win friends and influence people" and stuff about how to read signs of deception. This, in turn, led me to learn a few very basic mentalist tricks, wich led me to NLP and wheile researching NLP I found out about PUA. So you could say I took the long route.

That's cool man.

I was a typical AFC. In the years before being introduced to Pick Up I had made changes to my life, I wanted to try new things and ended up turning up to a social gathering for Skiers and Snowboarders where I didn't know anyone.

One guy in the group saw I was quiet and very reserved, that guy told me about "The Game" by Neil Strauss. Took me a few months to take him serious and buy a copy of The Game, I also bought The Rules of The Game and followed a few of the techniques to better my social interaction. With in 3 months of studying the techniques and information in those books I went from never intimately interacting with a girl to getting making outs every so often as my Game improved.

I started Pick Up with the idea of getting into a relationship, managed that and it lasted 16 months.

And at present I now have new ambitions, dreams and friends. Pick Up changed my life for the better and thanks to Pick Up I now have an interest in Psychology. Whenever I need information about Pick Up I just put "PuA" in front of any questions on google searches, its amazing to see so many people out there with similar questions and to find so many other forums and blogs with information for us all to us to better ourselves.
