Hey all,
So i just got a new job working at a big department store, only my second week so far, and i couldnt help but notice how many hot girls work there, especially the cashiers !

the thing is that when it comes to girls, im not the best, but recently ive gotten serious about changing that, and nothing motivates me more than going to work, I just would like some help on how to approach and open to them, at least a proper way of introduction

(also i am 19 yrs old and these girls look to be around the same age group as me)

Ive been told about my good looks a few times, and now i feel confident in using them !
I wanna be friendly but not too much "the nice guy" and then get friendzoned, i know that will come after i eventually start convos on a regular basis, for now its just the approach and open thats got me puzzled !

I would really appreciate some advice, and i know many other people have been or are still in this type of situation

okay, I am going to point out a few things most guys will likely ignore if they reply:

You work in a department store. Ensure that your appearance is right. Don't go for flashy, go for class and style.

That being said, work on your body language, figure out what makes you you, and then just approach them as if you wanna have fun. Tease them, flirt, be playful- become the reason why they want to come to work. Just open friendly, due to being at work, but always keep it lightly sexual and flirtatious. Create tension. They work with you and therefore have to spend time with you.

It is pretty simple.

This is a great question. It must be very tempting to have so many beautiful women working all around you. I would recommend that you put your effort into learning game After work. This is a new job and you could put it in serious jeopardy by spending a lot of time flirting with coworkers, or even customers. There's also a very real possibility of being reported by women that feel you are sexually harassing them. It's just not worth the risk. Be cool and social at work, but don't try to be the casa nova of the store.

Any time your in a setting like work of school your chances are greatly improved but you need to be coy about it to keep from being fired.
What I'd do if start talking to them about their weekend see what they like to do share similar interests and find a way to hang out outside of work. Party have a good time and go from there
