Doing favours for females?

Here's the thing girls tend to ask you to do things for them. Now here's the things these are favours I would do for girls I don't like or just guy friends. So I'm at cross-roads do I do the favours regardless or act tough and not do them even though normally I would do them for people just cause I'm nice. Obviously we not talking about favours I would normally do, not favours that I do not want to do. But here's the thing do I not do it to build more attraction?

No favours unless

she's done something for you already.
Agrees to do something for you (I normally go with food, best situation I've been in was a girl said she'd cook dinner for me, I went round and took control and improved the food (im a chef) she loved that shit. Bossed her about a fair bit then fucked her before we ate...yum)
