Hey guys, i always find myself pathetically making excuses to not approach girls, are there any good warm ups to get you in the right mindset to approach?

Stop taking yourself so seriously.


Who cares if you fuck up ? You're fucking up while 99% of the other dudes are having imaginary conversations with the girl you're actually speaking to. Then they go home and have imaginary sex with her. You could have the real deal.

I used to ask for directions, for the time, or just smile and say "hi." Very occasionally you can get a conversation going out of these interactions, but it will get you more used to talking to hot girls.

I smoke cigarettes, and "Have you got a lighter?" has started many conversations for me and even lead to sex.

Always open the first girl you see, even better open the first 5. This sets you up nicely and approaching more after that wont seem like such a big deal.

Just start saying "Hey" to people and gradually increase the time of the interactions. Get yourself into the swing of things...
