Hey!
how do i not run out of things to say and make it awkward?
And how do i ask a girl for a meeting without making it wierd for anyone? and tips to what to do? i do not see her that much, just at work (both part time), and i want to get more than friends :P

Just bring up something random, doesn't really matter what. Bear in mind that it's as much the girl's "job" to keep conversation flowing as it is yours. If she's just answering with one word answers and that's it, then she's either not interested in you or she's in a bad mood. Either way I wouldn't be sitting there trying to keep conversation flowing.

And just ask her out. Go for a coffee or something. Why would it be weird for a man to ask a woman out for coffee?

Why is it weird for two 17 year olds to go for a coffee? Starbucks around me is always full with 14/15 year olds having coffee together.
