Pump a girl's emotional state right before kissing. There are many ways to do this. Girls live off emotions, and as long as you can keep them positive, things are looking in your favor.

I have come up with this routine. It is meant to be done once you have comfort and rapport down and can tell that she's into you(multiple IOIs).

Your target will need to have a cellphone (most do nowadays).
When you see her playing with it just grab it out of her hand and say "That looks so interesting, let me see!" About 99% of the time she will run after you while playing keep-away with the phone.
Let her catch you in a more isolated area where you can pull her down on you.
(make it look like she jumped on you hehe)
She should be pumped and laughing at this point btw
After wrestling for a bit you roll over to get the top position, where you can now slowly come in for the kiss.

I like to go 90% of the way and make her invest in the last 10% Good luck guys!
