Hey mate
Just be cool don't hit on her talk to her like a regular person be fun be the guy she's glad she met not the one she wished she never met. Your parents being around doesn't really make a difference I've gamed waitresses with my parents there it was niether here nor there. If you think you've done enough to get her # calm and cofidently ask her for it but not infront of other employees or management and don't ask her in a way that puts her overly on the spot.
