| In my opinion it's not good if you approach a girl with a neg because you can ruin your game with it!
There are some different kind of negs tho, and there are some pretty fucked up ones i might say. Those i don't like, for example you shouldn't treat bad a girl, if you treat bad a girl (about her intelligence, culture whatever) you'll make her uncomfortable and thinking that you are a jerk.
Girls can handle some neg's, but after awhile they start to hate you, believe me i've made some "unfriends" because of that!
You shouldn't neg girls! I just neg's to defend my self from shit-testings for example when they ask me what i'm doing there, i usually say: I'm here talking to him\her, you are not so special!
Or when the girl don't want to make something funny with me then i take the nearest girl and i do it with her in front of her (it's almost a neg).

But ok, forget about negs! You need to talk to them. I would recommend you direct game, trust me it's hard at the beginning but you'll get really well with it quickly. Girls like the unusual comment like:
- You'll have to excuse me but i saw your gorgeous shining eyes and i had to came to say at least hi
- Hi, this going to sound a little random but you luck outstanding on that dress, although I'm in a rush i had to say hi.
Works almost all the time!
Then say your name, shake hands and say:
- What are you doing here in this awesome day?
- You seam to be in some kinda of modelling thing, did i guess well?
- I can say that you are from France because you have this warm and sexy ascent.
etc, etc..
Not: Don't make a lot of questions, you can throw questions but you have to make some guesses and some positive affirmations.
Also say that you are in a rush to meet up with your friends, it will trigger then the idea that you are not going to bother them, you just wanted to say hi because you are a kind type of person.
