Under the impression that winging does help to build confidence for starters, I would like to ask you about how to decide whether your wing is bloom or doom. What the characteristics you look for in your wing? Is it common ambition? or simply the drive? Is winging up with your best friend a good idea? or will you prefer to start with fresh ones with common goal?

Scenario: College.
