Alright so there is this girl who I blew off a few months ago, she was really into me at the time. I'd like to fix things and get the attraction back but I fear it is too late. I began texting her a few weeks ago and fucked up by saying how I liked her and wanted a relationship with her (I know.. what an AFC). She responds saying how she was really into me at that time. She never indicates whether she still did or not. I've attempted to arrange several meetups with the girl to which she agrees, but always flakes.

She's about a 6-7 if that helps in anyway.

So what do you guys think? Can I fix this, or is it FUBAR?
