The first convo was short,

-yeah it was super quick, i was all he's cute, 2 seconds later she posts it
-she's funny hows vegas
-sooo much fun haha, tired as hell, how do you know so and so
-that's dope i was gonna head to vegas this weekend, but my body is paying for last weeks trip to AZ, i know her through good mutual friends how about you
NO RESPONSE
(i honestly cringe at reading this because i had her interest, i should of just cut to the chase and talked about meeting up and grabbing some drinks)

so the next day i text her in the afternoon
-so did you make it home from vegas alive or what ? hahah
-hahaha i did sorry i didn't respond it was like a 6 hour car ride we left and 2 didn't get home till 8
-haha damn, partying like a rockstar over here ! i think thats gonn be my new nickname for you !

I was thinking later this week (maybe weds or thursday) sending her a funny sarcastic text like:
"Hey i got a great idea !" hopefully she'll ask what ? and i would say "theres this new fad, its called meeting up and grabbing some drinks, we should do it !"

Or am i beating a dead horse? if she didn't respond twice to me ? Yet she said i'm cute responded to my texts, is her interest level not there ? or do i need to catch her attention ?

She's working you like a champ. She was chasing you and then you tried to build interest and started chasing her. You needed to say something like "so you think I'm cute what should I call you?" Make her qualify herself to you, why is she worth your time? Just because she thinks you're cute? You get that all the time. Once she qualifies herself you continue playing hard to get try to get her to ask you out. If after texting a bit you arn't making any progress(topless pics or the like) you can just say "well since you're pulling my arm so hard I guess you've earned a date." Be scarce and busy. Say things like I've got work tomorrow so I can't be out late. Keep doing that until you are in the sack with her.

Like a champ eh ? I should've read the signs in the beginning, i knew it afterwards !

So after 2 times of her ignoring, should i just randomly text her something like what you said "what should i call you?"

I'm trying to figure out how to throw the first text and then roll in with that line ?

Should i wait a few days, or go in for the kill tommorow, even if she didn't respond today ?

I know, i know, alot of questions, hard getting back on the scene after a 2 year relationship.

You sent two text's in a row all you can hope is that she will hit you up when she's bored. Right now I would say that there is a 70% chance that you showed low value and became unattractive, sucks right. Wait two weeks before texting her again if you really want to continue gaming this chick. If she hits you up wait at least two days before texting back and don't apologize about texting back late. In either text(in 2 weeks or if she hits you up after two days) ignore everything that she has said before. Send something that is a false disqualifies to her from being a potential mate. Like you don't date members from your fan club, then continue cock funny text's building attraction. It's risky but when your cards are down all you can do is bluff your way out. Good luck.

Well actually, the first text was a convo to let her know who i was, and for recon.

The second was to see the interest, do you think i'd have a fair shot in texting her in a few days, negging her, then having her qualify herself ?

Or should i wait for her to text me back or up until the 2 weeks ?

Yeah the false disqualify is a good one, i just don't see anything wrong texting her in a few days, i just want to know if this week is to soon

(Here's my weakness, ill be honest, i'm rebounding from a breakup in late November, so seeing some interest is nice, but that leads to a weakness of chasing, not being chase. Everyone likes attention, its how you handle it i guess.)
