I go to nightclubs most weekends, but i find it hard to pull women. Reason being its so loud and you can't really strike up a conversation unless you go right up to the girls ear and literally shout. What techniques could i use to pull women in this situation. Thanks everyone.

Take them to the dance floor.

Go to a better city.

Become the DJ or bouncer or bar tender or owner, then they will come to you.
