I found the recent Brad PU forum e-mail intriguing because I have a few in my phone. It didn't have a direct link to the forums so I think it may be something of a promotional thing but it seems to be legit advice

A good friend once told me "you can't fuck a phone number." So if you find a girl intriguing and then she stops responding after a couple texts, it gave me a glimmer to get back to that.

And I used one of the simple concepts

"Hey sorry I missed our one year anniversary..."

She responded favorably... but, she didn't know who was texting her. I was concerned about this being a possible outcome and there was no contingency for it in the advice but its only been about 2 months since we stopped talking. After claiming I was her baby's daddy she played along and asked which one, then tried to guess who I was and epic failing at it.

I guess what bothers me is she dumped my phone number that fast. It tells me there was a lack of interest barring a phone replacement. But this is the first time I tried igniting old numbers so I'm self conscience

Ah. She remembered me, she says she lost her phone last week and also remembered some details about the conversation we had (in person) from 2 months ago that I hardly would have remembered.

Still, wondering how to respond if they lost/deleted your number because I basically had no clue where to go from there except make a vague reference to her roommate being totally wasted the time we met and asking if she's still drunk
