Where does one actually go for interesting dates when sub 21

Disclaimer: I am under 21 and lacking a fake ID and thus bars and clubs are out. I also am lacking a car but live in a place where everything is relatively walkable.

For me, opening and all that goes along with it comes naturally, but once I have her attention from the first encounter, where do we go? From all I've read so far on PUA, movie dates suck, which from my social upbringing, encompasses the wide range of date ideas I have. New girl, where do you take her?

Maybe you could plan a date with some intention to screen her? Is this a first date?

It's the first actual date after meeting her. I am looking for those and where someone would take a girl for the next one or two dates.

Yes, movie dates are terrible because you can't build rapport.

Think like this: any place where you'll be able to make physical contact without drawing the stares of strangers, and at the same time able to talk to her. This can be a couple places: couch of a coffee shop, disco bowling, park (i.e. a walk).

Take her on a hike to a spot where you can go cliff-diving.
