Recently I've noticed some situations where false time constraints don't work. Such as, sitting at a bar by yourself. And let's say you try gaming some girls who sit near you. You can't say have to get back to your friends or something, it would just seem weird. Or at a small party, FTC don't really seem appropriate. So what do you do in these situations?

id do what juggler recommends in night game (ex bar) chat with everyone in the bar or at least half of everyone and get to know most of everyone ( don't tackle the hot babes in the beginning) like to get started you approach a set of people that seem they would be easy going, and just work on that for like 5-10 mins (the set doesn't have to have females in it, can be mixed, what you want to do right now is build social proof that to the hot babes that are looking, it shows that your not some AFC creep, but a confident social high value guy) then to leave a set just make an easy excuse ( ex hey guys im gonna check out the rest of the bar, ill catch up with you in a few, (always make sure you never leave someone by themselves, and always tell the set you'll return in a few like 20 mins or something, you don't nessesarly have to, it just sets a good mood from other upon you)

to sum it up get to know the place and build social proof ( it also helps you with your confidence, because if the set of HB's blow you out of the water, you can just re approach a set you already opened)

If your at the bar its simple. Your friend is sopposed to be meeting you soon. Then the time constraint kicks in, you should go try and find your friend. At a party just say something like you have to call your friend who just got off work to give him directions or something. Theres always a way to make a time constraint.
