Can anyone help me with more details on how the cat string theory works?

Cat/string has to do with the subconscience way we desire things, you always want what you can't have and never want what you do. The idea is to convey yourself as within reach of the target but never obtained, which we do by throwing in negs at the target. By keeping yourself just within reach then pulling away from time to time the target will think they can't have you and naturally keep trying until they succeed.

It's what u use negs for it can also be done by body position. Just simply turn so your not facing her or don't look directly at her like when she is talking so it appears your attention is elsewhere.

Is there any more detailed examples? I mean it seems to me that negging is just to DLV her and to DHV yourself. That and breaking down the ice wall or just putting her in check (so to speak).

When you DLV your are essiently putting a gap between you, I'm up here ^ your down here v. You've made them feel like you think they aren't worthy enough so they attempt to prove to you they are of equal or greater value. The idea is to put them into a position of where they are consistantly struggling to establish that value. Why do they want your attention? Because you've effectively demonstrated you have a higher value to the group and alternatively lowered theirs at the same time. Cat/string isn't one specific thing you do, it's how you treat your target using a combination of methods described throughout these boards. The point is your target will subconsciencously fight for your attention as long as they think you'll take it away. When they realize they have your undivided attention they've reastablished their value which you just comfirmed for them aka you've handed them the string.

As for examples go through the field reports and read the stories. Lot of them are very detailed and will tell you when they've DLV'd or DHV'd as well as the negs they used. You'll notice that when they're thrown out there the target will become more interested in the PUA if not they'll throw a shit test at you which is a whole other topic.

Next time a girl goes in for a kiss pull away. This will blow the girls mind and you'll see the cat string theory.
