So Chio, you're saying that this 26 guy is the Extramask that Style writes about in The Game?

wtf? Whyd he change his name to 26? Thats just retarded! Thats the worst PU name i have ever heard. EVER.

He should have just stuck with extramask it would have been far cooler, another great one has fallen.

Neil Strauss changed people's nicknames for his book. Twentysix is Barry's real nickname. Neil changed it to Extramask in his book.

Think before you speak.

His name is twentysix because he lost his virginity at.... 26. And yes, technically he is extramask from the game. But extramask's character is well, a character. He is a few people put together as one. 26 did not attend mystery's first seminar. For the most part, extramask is based off of 26. This guy has some serious game too.

That's interesting. So did Neil make up some of the stories that he wrote about in The Game?

'The Game' is a true story. Everything he wrote about happened to him. However, you need to understand that he is an author and he need to 'dress up' and slightly modify his story for safe consumption. He gets paid millions to deliver a wholesome story, and he did an excellent job of that. Elements in the story may be out of chronological order, but it all happened.

I have talked to Barry via email a few times and I am presently listening to his Radio Show that he does every day. You can now find him at his site www.revolution31.com. He changed his name because "Extramask" was associated with Real Social Dynamics (RSD). As previously stated he changed his name because he lost his virginity at age 26. He now mostly just goes by Barry.

The things that were said in "The Game" were accurate according to Barry. However, there was some things that were not as they seemed. As Barry will tell you he has not read the book. He just skimmed over his parts. Basically, he said that when Style made it seem like they would go and hang out together, or eat together was not true. A lot of what was written as active conversation between the two actually occured on the website blogs.

Also some characters in the book the game like "Grimbler" where composite characters drawn from multiple individuals.

Not sure. Basically, because he lived through it I guess. He stated this in a conference call I listened to with the Indianapolis lair, and in today's Barry Kirkey Radio Show http://www.revolution31.com/blog.
