Well this was the same girl that I was suppose to go to the beach with this week but she is sick and for some reason it's suppose to rain in san diego tomorrow. So going to the beach is probobly out of the question. So I called her and put it on speaker phone cause my buddies wanted to hear too. Then all of a sudden when she answered my mind went blank and I just started mumbling and talking fast and making NO SENSE AT ALL. I was trying to change the location to the mall to look for a birthday present for my mom. She then was like, "OK, well then um...call me tomorrow then." And the awkward short conversation ended.

I was TEARING MY HAIR OUT at the thought of what I just did. I havn't seen her in person since start of winter break which was about a week and a half ago. I have texted and messaged her on Myspace in between.

My buddies think I have blown it and should just continue sarging but I think that there might still be something there. If I got her out with me my face to face game would be fine but my phone game SUCKS!

Did I blow it and how should I approach the phone call tomorow.(DHV, neg, etc) Advice MUCH NEEDED.thanks.

I seem to blow it on the phone a lot man. Phone game is another skill set.

well next time your buddy's want to hear a phone conversation, tell them to call their own chicks, thats just added pressure to you knowing your phone game sucks

and yeah i know sometimes phone game is tough, im weak at it, but thats why i keep things short, i dont call to talk, if i want to talk to someone, i do it face to face, i just use it to set up the meetings, plus i dont have alot of minutes lol

This man speaks the truth. If you're not already good at phone game, you don't need an audience.

Also, don't think about what you're going to say to her until you're actually speaking to her. Otherwise you'll try and stay on your 'script' and end up doing more bad than good. A tip I use after formalities is to ask her whats she's up to and then make a quick joke/neg on what she's doing.

Intertiatic: hey.. whats up?
HB: bla bla bla bla I'm just chilling with some friends/alone (90% of the time)
Inertiatic: wow, real exciting day you've got going there..
HB: Shut up! bla bla bla

then just transition to the mall.

Lie your ass off . She probably heard your buddies in the background if they were making noise. Say your buddies dared you to creep her out or something. If she likes you enough it won't matter one way or the other, just helps excuse the awkward event and clear it out of the way for future convos.

Also, slap yourself for putting her on speaker when your phone game is so untrained

hey thanks for the advice guys. So I called her today at home from my home phone and I felt 90% better. I made light conversation and clarified my plans for picking up a present for my mom at the Body shop at the mall and for her to help me. She said that she ws still sick though.(I actually believe that she is sick though). And she has to drive to Temecula on Saturday for a sports activity that she takes stats in.

This might be gone so when I see her Monday I'll DHV to the group around me through stories and such and just send her IOD's for defying my compliance test. If I freeze her out a little bit it might make her want to chase me more?

Any other thoughts you guys might have?
