Hey all. New here. After reading Neil Strauss's book and Mystery's book, I started looking up video of these guys and got hooked. I want to start off with experimenting with freeze outs. However, I'm not exactly sure how to freeze a woman out from an office cubicle (especially if I'm already not facing her) or at the gym. These two are the only places during the week that I am able to socialize due to my work schedule. Can anyone offer freeze-out/behavior rewarding advise?

Who exactly would you be freezing out at the office?

At the gym, it's simply body language. Just by slightly turning away you're freezing the girl out. You should have actually seen that by looking at their videos. They are good teachers.

Right, it doesnt take much to freeze- out in an office or gym setting. I mean freezing-out consist of you not talking to the target; seeming preoccupied,etc.
