I just turned 20 years old and I am wondering: What options are viable to me as far as younger girls. I did just graduate High School due to a long stint in home school which extended my schooling by a few years prior to returning my senior year. This is what confuses me to some degree. I feel as if it is borderline sketchy at my age to be seeking out girls in the 16 year old age range, but at the same time I still feel like I am part of the high school clicke. 20 Seems like such an odd age. What are peoples opinions on this?

I see where you are coming from. I'd stick to 18 and up just for legal reasons, and parental reasons. You don't need some 16 year olds father after you for something that you did. Atleast if she is 18 she made an adult decision to be with you or around you and it falls on her.

I have to specifiy that I am not looking for any sort of relationship. I just feel like I missed out on a lot of good things with the younger girls as I wasn't in high school at that age. This to me feels like the last chance to hook up with this type of girl before I do infact feel too old.

Stick with women your age, because going out with a girl thats younger than 18 is a dlv. Why not try to go out with the 23 year old girl thats a 10? I mean that is more of a challenge don't go for the easy targets. The targets become easier when you challenge yourself. Then your value goes up and before long the girls talk to their friends and your in the loop.

It is just a general preference. The girls I am most attracted to physically tend to be either younger than me or much older than me. While it might naturally be a dlv, it is still something I am willing to entire in to because I still happen to be in that "loop" with younger girls due to circumstance. If I really try to conjure up the main reason for wanting to approach a girl that young, the only answer I can really come up with is just me wanting to test things I was never able to when I was that age before it becomes completely unacceptable and creepy.

Yeaaahhhhhh, I'm gonna have to say take a very close look at your age of consent laws in your state.

But to be completely honest I'm with The Wild One... AOC is 18 here in AZ and I've met some 9's and 10's who were seniors in highschool... but talk about shooting fish in a barrel...

im just confused because i've always heard 18 everywhere and i figured that was a nationwide law, i dont know if im right but since its 16 where i live, it kind of still seems morally wrong, but my ex-coworker is 17 and dates a 24 year old, she told me it was 16 and i told her she was lying to me, i guess not

Age of consent is actually a different thing from the "legal" age you are thinking about. Different states have different statutory rape laws. For example, in one state, statutory rape occurs when the victim is 13-14 and the perpetrator is at least 4 but no more than 9 years older than the victim. Statutory rape also occurs when the victim is 15-17 and the perpetrator is at least 6 but no more than 9 years older than the victim. In other words, statutory rape would occur if, as a 20 year old you went after a 13 to a 14 year old. More than 9 years older than the victim becomes aggravated statutory rape. But it doesn't end there, because mitigated statutory rape occurs when the victim is 15-17 and the perpetrator is 4-5 years older than the victim. In other words, if she is 16 and you are 20, that's mitigated statutory rape in this particular state, which is a class E felony and carries a sentence of around 11 months. So, long story short, go for women your own age.

Your talking about states with AOC's that flex based on age, I believe. Az is like that, the AOC is 18 however it can be as low as 16 IF the partys involved are within 24months in age.
