im confused about this
what sort of stuff qualifies as afc stuff?

i know some stuff is afc and some is alpha

but what about stuff like texting some chick to see what shes doing like

hey, whatre you up to? partying?

and other stuff? how do you determing alphaness or afcness?

Alpha Male Of the Group vs Average Frustrated Chump

There are many qualities that define each one. The Alpha Male is slow to react to things. He knows he is the most important thing is his reality. He knows he is the best looking, most intelligent, he always has the right responses. If a pretty girl walks in the room he slowly thinks to himself, "oh there is something over there I'm interested in." I guess I'll turn my head now to see what it is.

AFC, is quick to react. He's insecure about is looks, intelligence, social status amongst other things. If a pretty girl walks in the room he jerks his head around and stares at her.

The search tool can help you identify more of these behaviours. As far as texting goes I would not text unless I had a reason. Unless it's to get her on the phone and build comfort for a little while or invite her to tag along when your group is out. The AFC texts everyday because he's worried if he doesn't something bad will happen. The girl during this time feels like she is being smothered and he is needy. The AMOG will answer a few calls but will rarely call her unless there is a purpose as stated before.

Again, the AMOG knows he's the most important thing in his world. Everything else is just secondary. The AFC is the reverse of that. He thinks others are more important that he is.

well my old roommate was a classic amog. between the three ppl in the house, you could tell the difference in our response to a hb.
AMOG: She wants my nuts...
Other guy: Wait who
AFC(Me): Damn shes hot...

the difference is the world revolves around her from an AFC POV while the world revolves around the AMOG. Thats something i personally work on to not be so neurotic, but more easy going without being a conceited fool

This can be both:

AFC style:
You: what are you doing?
She: Nothing, how about you?
You: Nothing, I am just bored, feling awfull. Hey, you wanna go out, have some coffe
She: Hmm, no thanks, I`v just remembered, I must do ........(whatever).

PUA style:

You: Hi, whats up?
She: Hi, I`m home, litlle bit bored.
You: Hm, thats bad, you need to get you ass up. Ok, I`ll pick you up and you can buy me a coffe. I was about to meet my friends but they will understand if I`m 20 minutes late.


This is just one simple example I`v just made up but as you can see, things are not that simple. There is no pure AFC or PUA stuff or sentences. There is only PUA or AFC ways to deliver them!
