When a girl hugs you and starts wiggling her hair in your face then says you got a big butt would you take this as an IOI? if so what would your answer be to that and how would you go forward and close this i mean we are pretty cool shes a waitress at this small food place and i see her almost every other day so we ended up being pretty cool so what do you guys think? how would you guys handle this?

Like Im going to have to keep saying. We have no magic words or things for you to do. You have to do what you have read and heard over and over and try it for yourself. People learn from experience. If things don't work out then you will have learned.

Basically its the same situation you hear over and over. Get her number and hang out. Simple as that.
