Haha, I would like this routine I came up with but haven't field tested yet, tried out :
Ok, so here is the premise - You tell her to think of a card, and you name it without her saying anything, and then describe what the card she chose tells you about her personality.
Note : This only works on girls.
Here is what to say :

(The got it should be almost immediately after, the less time she spends thinking about the answer, the better chance you have of predicting it.)
Chances are they are thinking of the Queen of Hearts. Psychologically, its the most comfortable card to pick. (for example, personality means they arn't likely to pick the 7 of diamonds, that wouldn't make sense psychologically, alongside many other small features which nudge them towards Q of hearts in the script)
You can reveal this in any way you like. Just tell them the card they are thinking of. But this isn't foolproof, so we use the foolproof addition I have added to this effect :

Say : Just say the card over and over in your head, over and over, like Queen of Hearts, Queen...
(Watch facial expressions, you should be able to tell if its the queen of hearts or not)
If it is the queen of hearts, and they are reacting:
of Hearts, Queen of Hearts, Thats the card you were thinking of, wasn't it? The Queen of Hearts? <omg wow> And you know what that tells me about you? (Go into coldread)
If they arn't reacting, and you can tell it isn't the queen of hearts :
of hearts, or whatever the card was, just repeat it over and over in your head. Fantastic, as I said the card someone thinks of says a lot about their personality, what card did you pick? (Go into a coldread)
