30secs… so I assume it is a very busy stand? Do you think you could find a time when it is a little less busy? Well anyway here is what I would do, although it might take a week or two.

First off ensure she remembers you. Whenever you get there smile and work out an interesting drink or line. Maybe ask for ‘Black coffee with lots of milk’ or ask ‘Do you have any honey?’. Do this every time you go there, keep asking ‘Do you have any honey yet?’ , ‘Do you think that you might get in some honey soon?’ , something like that.

To ensure you’re in view for slightly longer, count your change before you give it to her. If you aren’t paying with change, count your change when you get it back. Act a little disgruntled, like you’ve been ripped off before, but smile before you leave.

At some point use a mobile phone to DHV. While in the queue blurt out some lines like “HAHA, look Sue I really have to go, I am next in line... No You... No You” Then promptly hang up with a sigh.

After a week she should start to remember you so start looking for some IOI’s. If she get in any honey, say ‘No one has honey in coffee anymore’. If you find that one day she’s a little less busy, chat to her, then ask her for her number.

This reminds me of a story I read about TD k closing a girl working on a juice stand in a mall. I don't think his method would work in this situation if the stands really busy.

You could try going at a time when its not so busy so you can actually talk to her properly?

If you're feeling confident you could always wait for her to ask something like: ''Do you want anything else?'' and just say ''Your number'' in a jokey way with a big smile.

I personally think that Mr Fakename gave you is probably the best if you dont mind playing it slow

Walk in and tell the girl that you are undecided at this point. Ask her opinion on what is the best. Choose something that is not one of her choices. Cocky-Funny. Walk away with the number.

Simple enough.
