Girls are girls man. Because shes a prep you think shes fundamentally different then every other human being? So you said she likes 3 things - sports, friends, and grades. Are you in college? Invite her to a school sporting event - its hockey season now, which is great. Hockey games are fun and cold(which leads to a lot of hugging to stay warm and kino escalation). Or invite her to play a sport - bowling is especially fun, but dont get suckered into paying. She likes to study? Go to the library and just goof around(girls in the library very rarely actually WANT to study, and its easy to get their mind off it). Just think a bit, you'll get something.
