you're right. I have realized this too, I purposely sabotage myself. I dont know the reason, but it's something along those lines, I dont believe in myself, I am too afraid of success, I dont want it to work. it's all subconscious. I wasn't aware of this until a couple of days ago.

and you're right about the wing. I have realized this too, having a wing to show me how it's done would really help. it would be nice if I could go out with a guy who knows what he is doing for just one night, just one night will teach me enough to start doing this myself. the wing wouldn't have to actively teach me, I could just watch him in action and that's enough.

Bart, you always want to look at very specific things. That's really not helpful. And doing daygame is just not going to end in anything good for you.

You are skinny-fat, over 30, and have no friends. All of the tactics and strategy in the world will get you nowhere.

You want to improve with women here is your very simple roadmap:
1. Get lean(%10 bodyfat).
2. Go to the gym, lift heavy shit (not cardio/running), while slow bulking(300-500 kcal over maintenance).
3. Get some friends(preferably women).
4. Get an edgy style, with sex appeal. Do you think "Is this kind of douchey?" - if so, you're on the right track.

You can deal with all of the other things later. Until you fix your body, your lack of friends, and your safe, non-sexy style, you will not be making progress with 6s, much less 9s.
