Very Technical

I usually ask them to guess...
If they say "Dick" you could always neg them in a role reversal fasion: "Is that all that you women think about? It would be nice to be respected for my mind"

Otherwise if they guess "Buck" or something; I'll play back:
"Did you just say "Buck"...(and smile with a lit up affect, like a kid in an AFC way. Suddenly, lift your chin, as if you knod and say yes; get a serious look on your face and shake your head and say no, roll your eyes.)
