You are going to listen to the following very carefully because I do not want to see you turn into another one of my depressed friends at school who gave up after a few tries and still haven't kissed a girl.
First, I want you to turn that frown into a smile. Don't get all shitty with us because then, nobody's going to help you here either. Failure is frequent. You just have to learn to accept it. You have to be willing to lose this girl to get her. That's where your problem is...

I might just have a very mild case of one-itis ya know i think about her and shit, but i dont care about her and shit. i'd probably be pissed if I found out she was with another guy but thats just because I have rejection issues.

Your mistake is having one-itis. Admit it full out man. If this is a mild case, I'm afraid of knowing what a bad one is.

Send her a friend info request saying: "she is a fag who ignores all my phone calls and generally takes all my niceness for granted." wadda guys think?
keep in mind i have to see her again.
Okay this is where my reply gets nice and meaty. Imagine yourself facing two corridors.
At the end of the first one you see your "HB11"(Bullshit). She's slightly older, by two or three years, in tears telling you that you're like her best friend ever but she doesn't feel the same way about you.
The second corridor is lined with pictures on the walls. The first one shows this same girl yelling at you, completely disappointed with what you did. The second picture shows a different girl in the process of rejecting you while you take your phone out. The third shows another girl finally giving you her number. The next shows a different one kissing you. Then another girl on top of you. And another deeply making out. And another having sex. And, what the hell, let's throw in another picture with your "HB11" coming up to you and saying sorry about how harsh she was with you that one day.
Do you understand where I'm going with this? Both choices have their ups and downs. You alone have to choose what your next step will be.
Once again, I wish you the best of luck.
