I wrote a similar text long time ago...

A few important points to get replies or at least people to read your post...

1. First of all keep the topic short and interesting

*what to do in this situation, I need your help. vs HB10 shit tests me

If you say something short and specific about your topic people will know what your talking about or asking, instead of just something general like I need help... I never check those kind of posts because they tend to be the same questions every time... I need an opener, I have one-itis, etc...

2. NO CAPS, and too much art (Big Fonts, too many colors)

It is annoying to read a text in caps, no one likes to read in a bright pink font, so keep it simple... and don't exaggerate to get attention

3. Press enter !! and use punctuation

Most of the time in the newbie question section, if a click in a thread, I will read the first paragraph... and then I will check the post length scrolling down. I will skip does posts that have 100 lines and no punctuation or at least some spaces between lines. People tend to be lazy and spaces between lines trick people to believe they aren't reading that much.

4. We don't need to know all the details

A common mistake made by new guys... they ask for advice but they type a 500 words introduction about the girl and how she is... WE DON'T need to know all that. Skip all the unimportant details and write the important things.

I will mostly reply to something asking this:

How is the correct way to open a 2set? (and this is the whole thread)

Than:

The other day I was with my friends in a bar located in ... the music was ... and then we saw... and then I decided to approach this 2 set and then... and after 10 minutes of reading the story they ask... anyway how do I open a 2set.

Keep it specific and you will get a reply, no need to post the entire FR.

5. Post in the correct section !!

If we are in the Opener Section I don't want to see a thread talking about sex... If I'm in the Opener Section is for a reason.

6.No Double posts

Why? Well believe it or not you will have a problem... First of all the replies of your threads will be divided, maybe you will get 3 reply in one section and 2 in the other one... in this case instead of having 35replies that might get your thread in the first places you will get 2 in the low parts.

This happens because people tend to re visit the thread where they posted, and if they see a reply they might have something to add, making a double post will make people dismiss the next post they see form you and split the replies.


7. Search before posting

NO ONE replies to the same question more than 2 times... why don't you search before asking how to get this girl back... make a search and you will get more answers than posting the same question.

8. Make a list, use numbers in the name...

We love lists, we love top five threads...

5 ways I screw it with this girl
10 ways to open a set
3 ways to act

instead of

I screw it with her
Openers
I don't know what to do

Well those are some of the tips that can help... I probably will add 5 more during the week
