As simple as the advice was, it's very actionable advice. Hanging out on Instagram is not forward movement. Forward movement cultivates in having abundance to the point multiple girls want you at the same time.

Arch... if at any point you can give me a 6 month action plan I'd say you can be a coach... but that advice is shit advice for instagram... dude has a better following than you he never once said he had no in person game ... in fact he said he has never tried to game a girl so he was looking for some knowledge.

Anyone can say dress nice, approach women, hit the gym... I say it again. That isn't a development plan. That's general advice.

How does one gain confidence?
How does one gain self-esteem?
How does one gain masculinity?
How does one escape depression?
How does one escape self-limiting beliefs?
How does one build grit?
How does one beat approach anxiety?
How does one beat social anxiety?
How does one become sexual?
How does one escalate?
How does one Calibrate?
How does one read body language?
How does one exude masculine body language?
How does one conversate with a woman?
How does one flirt?
How does one approach a woman? (body language, verbally, etc.)
How does one become their best self?

While you may not think much of these each is it's own skill set or journey. There is a long list of issues young men arrive with and many of them are already gym goers... many of them are already dressed well. So how are you going to develop them?

I'm helping a kid who has a black belt, works out 5 times a week, graduate student at USC... how the fuck do you think your advice helps him? He's already well dressed, already approaching women, already hitting the Gym... so what do you do for his social anxiety? His self-esteem? His depression? His self-confidence? Come on bro.. your advice is superficial weak fucking advice. The whole point is to teach guys to BEAT the system.. to understand how to get past the bull shit... yet your some snake oil salesman thinking you're actually selling shit that helps guys.

To be clear I've written articles on every single item on this list or I have a plan to... or I have a video on the subject. These are what coaches know the answer too. This is what a 6 month plan involves so much fucking information. The amount of studying some of us have put into this shit is unreal, and you want to sit her and act like it's super easy bro... just hit the gym, dress nicer, and approach women.

Coaches don't just say dress nicer, approach women, and hit the gym.

Yeah it's good actionable advice, but it's certainly not where it stops and no where near what someone needs to develop into a being great with women... in fact the fact that this is what you do for everyone shows how retarded advice is... advice isn't one size fits all.
