What I would suggest isset some concrete plans, but CALL her have a solid phone convo if she's on the fence a solid phone convo will win her over. Be confident and direct take the lead. Do your homework find a solid date location then towards the end of your convo say how about you and I grab a drink at such and such place this sat say 9:30?
