Ready? The best ways to train to gain muscle with calisthenics is that you train with 8-12 repetitions, and then you pass this range. But, does not that 8-12 repetitions per series is the best? If you still did not know, I must say that there are 3 ways to train: Strength Training - is based on doing sets of 1-5 repetitions, which optimizes muscle strength.
