After a bit of guidance from those at this stage.

I am now getting to the point where I am dating 2 to 3 women at a time. Now talking to these women via text and by telephone is not really an issue anymore and I rarely talk women out of a date. Some of you don't believe in text game but I have no problems with it and it keeps things warm.

I have a fairly busy schedule fitting in work, social life, my own outside work commitments and hobbies as well as fitting in a dating schedule.

Also thrown into the mix, some of these women are high value and in one case fairly dominant. As such, most of these women have fairly busy lifestyles, so arranging dates at short notice or in some cases being told "We should talk a bit more", means text game comes into it. I haven't got the time to text women all the time either so I need to do a bit of fine tuning on that aspect and improve it.

At the moment while I am keeping things warm, I send short messages with a few bits of banter and light fun here and there until time of the date. For the woman that keeps turning the tables about putting off a date (I made date plans on two occasions a few days apart after a fair bit of good conversation), I would like to give her one last chance of a date before I next her no matter how good she has come across, but in the meantime I just need to liven things up.

Now how do you guys keep things fresh in a scenario like above?
How do you manage rotation and dividing time equally between them?
What is bad practice in this scenario and what is good practice?

Stop chatting over text. Use your phone to arrange the date, and leave it at that. In fact, you should be trying to bang these girls when you first meet them to avoid this.
