so the other day, her boss's friend came over. this guy is one of those guys that try to get everyone laid. I wanna say kind of like that light-haired guy in American Pie. I told him in private I like the milf.

The next day as I was walking past the milf's cubicle, she calls me and tells me "come here, I wanna give you a hershey's kiss." I said "oh, you wanna give me a kiss?" and I went over and put my face close to her so she can kiss it. she said "If I do that, they will send me to HR immediately for sexual harassment." I told her "it's ok. I WANT you to harass me."

then I opened the hershey's kiss and started eating it, and I crumpled the aluminum foil packaging in my hand. she said each of the chocolates have a message on the bottom and I didn't see the message. I tried to undo the crumpling of the aluminum foil and it said "A kiss 4 u"...I said "that's so inappropriate" I dont know if she knew I am being sarcastic or if she took me seriously."

Then a few minutes later I was at her boss's office and she knocked on the door, came in, and said "what are you guys talking about? you guys look like you are up to no good." she asked her question, blah blah, and as she was leaving, she stared me down? I cannot explain the vibe here but I am pretty damn sure she thought I was reporting her for sexual harassment?

This was a few days ago. ever since, I have been thinking about this scenario, playing it over and over in my head, wishing I had done some things differently. And wondering what all this meant. ever since then, she has not made any other moves.

There are 2 possibilities:
1) That guy told her, and she was trying to show interest
2) That guy didn't tell her, and the chocolate meant nothing, all a coincidence.

What should my next step be? I dont want to initiate anything (not being a bitch, just a lot of politics involved) but if she initiates something, I won't resist. How do I get her to initiate something?

Can you do something instead of making threads on this woman. Ask her the fuck out. If you're not getting into trouble for putting your face close to hers for a kiss at work, asking her out isnt going to get a complaint.
