Im 19 was in a relationship but had to break it off beginning of this year. My ex wanted to get engaged but her parents weren't happy and called the police on me for harassment and made up other lies to get her away from me. They took my ex's phone, laptop and everything, we have no communication. They told her if she wants to be with me, they will disown her (my ex is 17 is by the way). After I spoke to other girls and whenever I would run game on them, I would miss my ex because I used the same tactics on her and sometimes I don't run game on other girls and the interaction goes downhill. I've been crying here and there, since I always associate the tactics that I use with other women with my ex. How can I go back to being my normal self and improving my game without missing my ex?

Since you're in a depressive state op, start by boosting up your euphoria. Get into regular early morning runs. No jogging. Run.
