Hey guys, self explanitory. I am absolutley bad at eye contact, Which sucks lol. I feel like if this single problem is fixed My game will totally enter a whole new level. I have no problem talking to hot girls now or anything. But i just have a hard time looking girls in the eye. Specifically in college. like if there's a cute girl It's like i'm trying to hide the fact i like her. (maybe i am) and the higher the confidence of the girl, the more difficult it is. I don't have this issue in gaming or work. But school sitting next to them. Is for some reason an issue. Again any advice on this would be awesome.

Practice eye contact with everyone, not just the ladies. You get used to it. Your mindset of being ashamed that you like someone is affecting your eye contact. When I started to accept my sexual side and my masculinity, my eye contact improved dramatically. I also understand women want to meet cool guys, and they like sex as much as we do. Most the time, the girls smile at me and I smile back in acknowledgement as if we are nonverbally giving each other the "nod of approval" that we both find each other attractive.

Form a habit of making eye contact with every single person you walk by on the street. No exception.
It's the easiest way to get comfortable doing it.
Also do not look away until they do.
