Hey op... I agree with groovy here. The guy sounds like he's pulling back due to feeling like he's more into you than you are into him. If he had come to this forum he'd have been told to do the same thing he did... Ie pull back. Now it sounds like he's just kinda awkward. If you like this guy give him a chance and show it a bit more. That may mean reaching out to him and telling him look I was joking I like you blah blah blah. You weren't showing him much interest at least not in a clear way. So you can either be adult and be clear with the guy or walk away because it's no big deal for you. If the guy is a good guy it's your loss... Sounds like he was pulling his weight and you kept waiting for him to keep doing that. There are many single girls out there who play those games. So if you want a guy to have to ask you out five times in a row before you make an effort go ahead.
