I am a complete newb. Please advise.

I booked a room on airbnb for a week since I can't move into my new place until June 1st. I will be living nearby. The hostess is a HB7. I have stayed for 4 nights.

1st night we talked about 3-4 hours after she got back from work
2nd night we talked about another 3-4 hours, watched a tv show that we both watch together. when she got out of the shower, I asked her a question and she came over in just her towel.
3rd night I went out for drinks with friends, invited her but she said she had stuff to do. Tried to initiate text conversation but she didn't answer after a couple texts. When I went back, door to her room was closed and it sounded like she was watching netflix
4th night we talked/made dinner together for 4-5 hours

I think I may be attracted to this girl. We have similar hobbies/interest but she does not show any IOIs. She is super open, talked about her dating history on the first night, also mentioned her family. She is dating someone but says she dates multiple people until she is in a relationship. I tried physical escalation but does not seem to be reciprocated (like touched her tattoo when she pointed it out).

What should I do? I obviously don't want to make a move until I move out in case shit gets awkward. Should I make a move even though there is no IOI?

You weren't honest with your intentions. It's great that you found a connection and interests and similarities etc., but you never built any attraction. Without building attraction, connecting and building rapport is how you become a BFF, not a man who fucks her.
