hi All
ive dabbed in the pua community for awhile been single a year now tried the bar scene here in st louis mo
Id like to overcome my shyness and approach anxiety

ive gotten good at going out alone to bars and stuff but
id like to learn how to be more social

growing up i was sheltered and had strict parents

You have to learn to make your personality work for you. Turning a shy guy into a social guy is not an impossible task but it may not be the route that you actually need to take in order to be a seductive guy. You can be shy and confident at the same time. It's not about changing who you are, but more about building on the attractive qualities that you already have.

awesome i agree

when i did online dating i was pretty successful jus nothing was long term
met and had few one nighters with various women

i never have been a alpha male but im not a pushover either

i been hitting the gym 5 days a week hope that helps with my confidence and inner game

im 5 ft 10 200 lbs currently

Im mixed race look kinda like drake except no beard lol

Second...you should have all the confidence you need because you have had success with multiple women, so they like you and you have proven it. All you need to do is get out there and approach women.

Finally, get the alpha male bullshit out of your head. It's mental masturbation. Just don't be a pushover and you'll be fine.

like if i approach asian chick should my game be tailored to her

most women i approach are white

Ya if you approach asian girls be sure to talk about math, always carry a calculator too to which you can enter their phone #, it works they find it quite creative and cute. When you approach black women pull an afro pic out your hair and ask if they need a comb through, or talk about BBQ sauce or urban culture. you get the idea.
