Verifying dates with long term sex friends?

There is one sex friend I have that I only need to message once a week and we meet on the day and time planned, no problem.

I have one another, much newer sex friend that I have been meeting for a month or so. She has never flaked, but that is possibly due to me always verifying the day before or in the morning the same day.

Has anyone ever had a sex friend flake suddenly if you don't verify?

I also feel that by verifying, it shows that I don't fully trust her to meet me after we plan a date?

Her last message to me was that she looks forward to meeting me tomorrow night, so that should be enough right?

How would you know you need to verify if she's never flaked before? Surely you would of had to not verify to test the theory.

Well, ironically she couldn't meet me tonight saying that she started menstrating. She did email me the night before, which is reasonable.

I believe she is telling the truth because in the past she told me she couldn't meet one week due to being sick, which wasn't flaking because she told me before we set up plans.
