Hi,

Anyone read it fully? I got it, but there is nothing new - just mix of posts from various forums.

Very overpriced IMHO, so you can get it here:

It's a great book actually.

Glad he has kept it to hardback copy so that everyone can't just download it

How about pay the man for his work? I dont like the guy but you will download the stuff for free and then wonder why these gurus have to produce so much trash for their lost income.
