Know this girl from a friend, there's never really been a time where we've been able to meet up, I'm either busy when she wants to meet or she's in her long time on off relationship, of which she has recently just broke up. (This is why I'm skeptical,but I want to get in get out)

She never usually pops me up, but when ever she asks me out it has to be in public and usually with her cousin. Usually I'd say it's flakey shit and she not interested. Except for when she saw me at work she was red raced and really shy( over the phone she's loud and crazy)

She asked me to go out weekend and I said no as my friend bailed on me and i just thought cousin and her friend all night and myself, this isn't going to lead to anything, poor logistics and too many distractions. Any ways I asked if she was free the following day and to give me her postcode. She end up spending he whole day with her cousin from the weekend because it was her birthday.( I'm not pissed about that,it's your cousin I get it) but it's the fact she aired my call, snapchat and SPAM. For her then to only pop me up later with some bull shit saying "I could be a nice person if I actually tried" this was after I blanked all her snapchats and posted me getting a haircut saying is was going out later with some smiley faces that could have implode a date with someone else( I lied about the date though)

Just not sure how to respond to her blanking me and then popping me up later.

Either get her on a 1on1 or stop wasting your time OP.

I totally agree with what you're saying, I'm just saying do I ignore that last text or send something authoritative in the lines of get back to me when you're ready to go for drinks 1 on 1 or is responding to this just even more a waste of time that is what I'm asking.
