Oh and another cool thing is iv decided to be sober for a little while (i just drank and smoked nothing hardcore) its actually been 2 months i plan on one more month before i go to this music festival Okeechobee ....

OKAY but back to my post, so this really sexy girl sits on the other side of me in class and i swear from day one i catch her literally staring at me and i stare back, but the problem is this girl is like a 15 out of 10, i mean super model level (seriously) and i notice when i leave the class she packs her stuff up to practically walk in front of me when we walk out of class, i was walking behind her thinking i was going to stop her and say something but i froze! i didn't know what to say, like "hey we keep staring at each other and its week 6 and im just now talking to you" i just want to know what i should say to her the next time and some tips, btw we have class once a week together so time is limited.

The problem with your line is 1) if she was not staring, she will be weirded out like WTF? 2) if she was staring, she will be put on the spot (girls hate hate hate being put on the spot) so it's a lose lose situation.

Just say "hi, how are you?" then she says "fine, thanks" then extend your hand and say "what's your name?" she tells you her name and you say your name. then just talk like a normal guy and at the end say "let's exchange numbers and I will call you so we can hang out"
if she says yes, you win. if she says no, you are in the same position as now.
