Why Meditation Gets You Laid
After reading this there is no reason why you shouldn’t meditate
I’m going to tell you exactly why and how meditation gets you laid.
Often times guys have trouble with fear of approaching, running out of things to say and stuff like that
The reason being, their brain is so jacked up with bullshit they get stiffled when the moment of truth comes, the moment of action
But lets be honest, you won’t be doing something no one has done before, men have been approaching and successfully bedding women since the beginning of time, so why the fear?
The human brain is like a sponge, it absorbs everything, it dictates your life through the experiences you have. It makes you think certain things are real or certain things are a certain way… but that’s your brain’s perspective. There’s different perspectives out there, not just your own, so keep that in mind.
Take a country like North Korea for example, from the moment they are born they are conditioned to believe certain things and most of them follow it blindly because that’s all their brain knows.
Take a man who gets laid often versus a man who has a lot of trouble getting laid.
What is the difference? Their way of thinking and their perspective about women.
The guy who gets laid often has the positive mindset of girls liking him and his brain is wired on that.
The guy who doesn’t get laid and has no luck with women has the negative mindset of not being worthy.
Where does meditation come into play?
Meditation is going to be the “Negative” guys tool to cleanse his mind and focus on what matters.
Often time a guy gets a million reasons why he shouldn’t approach or insecurities that deep down don’t matter at all.
We men are too superficial thanks to social conditioning.
The best way to strip down the layers of bullshit social conditioning is by meditating.
Meditation brings awareness to your mind, because newsflash, you are not your mind.
Ever heard the phrase, you are what you think?….. And that’s true, and the good thing is you can change the way you think. All the time.
Mediation helps you change it for the better.
By meditating daily for 20 minutes or more you will start being the guardian of your thoughts.
You will begin to acknowledge all the garbage you think about and start replacing it with positive thoughts through the day, thoughts that will encourage you to grow, and not the opposite.
The thing is, if you do not meditate you are a lot more likely to get carried away by bullshit in your mind.
I am no scientist but I’d go as far as saying you are definitely going to get carried away.
So implement meditation into your daily routine, let it sink in, let your mind refresh, watch all those thoughts that come in and choose and pick which ones help you. Don’t let your mind fool you into not going for what you want for such and such reasons, stand guard of it, and choose to let empowering thoughts in.
So meditation does the following :
It allows you to focus on what you are thinking.
It allows you to Clear your mind of Negative thoughts.
And after doing it for a while you’ll be on a constant state of mind awareness that will allow you to propel forward with confidence towards any goal you wish to accomplish.
In this case being, getting laid.
