I answered
"Goodnight, don't you dare have dirty dreams about me!"
Then later she responded with
"ahh so that is not allowed! ;)"
Any ideas on a playful or funny response i can come up with?

Yeah okay you might be right. I was just thinking about responding something like:
Yes i'm allowed to have dirty dreams about you, but you must not have about me ;)
